1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tkbdt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your use of the website located at tkbdt.org and all associated services, games, features, and content made available through that website (collectively, "the Service").

By completing the registration process, clicking any acceptance checkbox, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing the Service, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms in full; (b) you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; (c) you are at least 18 years of age; and (d) your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the tkbdt Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional materials, game-specific rules, or other communications published by tkbdt, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

tkbdt reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to inform registered players via email or a prominent in-platform notice. It is your responsibility to review the current version of these Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the tkbdt Service is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. This requirement is absolute and applies regardless of the Player's location or the prevailing local laws of their jurisdiction. tkbdt implements age verification procedures at the point of registration and reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age — including a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate — at any point during a Player's engagement with the platform.

In addition to the age requirement, the following categories of person are not eligible to register or use the tkbdt Service:

• Individuals who have previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the tkbdt platform.
• Employees, contractors, agents, or representatives of tkbdt or any of its affiliated companies, including their immediate family members.
• Individuals who are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, and who are doing so with knowledge of that prohibition.
• Individuals who have been identified as problem gamblers through any self-exclusion programme and whose exclusion period has not yet elapsed.

If tkbdt determines at any point that a Player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in this section, the Player's account will be suspended without notice, any pending withdrawals will be placed on hold pending review, and any bonuses or promotional credits applied to the account may be voided. Where an underage player is identified, all funds deposited by that player will be returned to the original payment source; any winnings generated during the period of ineligible use will be forfeited.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of services offered by tkbdt — including deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals — you are required to complete the registration process and create a Player account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Account Verification (KYC)

tkbdt operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with standard industry practice. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity before withdrawals are processed: a government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence); proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months); and, where payments are made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay, confirmation that the registered mobile money account belongs to you.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe following a request from tkbdt may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is completed. tkbdt reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and to close accounts where KYC requirements cannot be satisfied.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tkbdt account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access the Service through your account. tkbdt will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tkbdt immediately by emailing [email protected]. tkbdt may temporarily suspend your account while any security investigation is conducted.

3.3 Single Account Rule

Each Player may hold only one registered account with tkbdt at any given time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances, bonuses, and winnings held within them.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the tkbdt platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). tkbdt supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by tkbdt, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your tkbdt wallet in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. tkbdt does not charge any fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may levy their own transaction charges, for which tkbdt accepts no responsibility.

All funds deposited into your tkbdt account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Where tkbdt identifies that a deposit has been made from an account not belonging to the registered Player, the deposit may be reversed and the Player's account subjected to review.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are available to fully verified Players who have met all applicable wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are processed within 24 hours under standard conditions; verified accounts with a clean transaction history are typically processed within 4 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.

tkbdt reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where account activity has been flagged for review. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment account bearing the same name as the registered tkbdt account.

4.3 Refused & Reversed Transactions

tkbdt reserves the right to refuse or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, connected to money laundering activity, made in breach of these Terms, or associated with a chargeback or payment dispute. In such circumstances, the affected account may be suspended pending investigation and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

tkbdt offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. The general principles governing all bonuses are set out below; where a specific promotion's terms conflict with these general principles, the specific terms shall prevail.

• Welcome Bonus: New players may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The exact bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, and applicable wagering requirements are set out in the current Welcome Bonus promotion terms.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify a multiplier (e.g., 30x) that must be applied to the bonus amount — or to the combined deposit and bonus amount, as specified per offer — before a withdrawal request will be approved.
• Expiry: Bonuses and any associated free bets expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses and related winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Bonus Abuse: tkbdt reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to placing bets that hedge against each other to guarantee a profit, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or otherwise exploiting promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
• Game Contribution: Different game types may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Live casino games, cricket betting, and other game categories may contribute at varying rates as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

tkbdt hosts a library of games provided by internationally recognised game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before participating.

All games offered through tkbdt utilise certified random number generators (RNGs) that produce outcomes independently of any previous result and free from manipulation. RNG certifications are held by the respective game providers and are subject to ongoing third-party auditing. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game represents the theoretical long-term return over millions of game rounds and does not constitute a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

6.1 Live Cricket Betting Rules

In-play cricket betting markets on tkbdt — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other international fixtures — are governed by the specific sport betting rules applicable to each market type. Bets placed on markets that are subsequently voided due to match abandonment, interruption, or other unforeseen circumstances will be settled in accordance with the prevailing sporting event rules and tkbdt's betting settlement policy. tkbdt's decision on the settlement of any bet is final.

6.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or network disruption during a game session, tkbdt reserves the right to void the affected game round or rounds and return the wagered amount to the Player's account. tkbdt will not be liable for losses incurred by a Player as a result of a technical malfunction, nor will it honour any winnings that arise from a malfunctioning game state.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Players must not engage in any activity that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, or otherwise in breach of these Terms while using the tkbdt Service. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the tkbdt platform.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any other software to interact with the platform in a manner not expressly permitted by tkbdt.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, or match-fixing in connection with betting markets offered on the platform.
• Attempting to circumvent security measures, access controls, or geo-restrictions implemented by tkbdt.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or for the transfer of funds associated with criminal activity.
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, or threatening communications directed at tkbdt staff or other players via any support or communication channel.
• Attempting to exploit any error, loophole, or vulnerability in the platform's software for personal financial gain.

Breach of any prohibition listed above may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance and pending withdrawals, and notification to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkbdt, its officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or financial loss resulting from reliance on information published on the platform.

tkbdt's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their tkbdt account in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude tkbdt's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The tkbdt Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tkbdt makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Service, the accuracy of odds or game results, or the fitness of the Service for any particular purpose. Players use the Service at their own risk.

8.1 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a Player and tkbdt arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Service, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting tkbdt's support team at [email protected]. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration.

If you have a complaint about the tkbdt Service, please submit it in writing to [email protected]. tkbdt aims to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
